Portal instructions

Please enter your email address below to access the Client Portal. An email will be sent to you in which will have a direct link for access. You will be able to cancel subscriptions to your account at any time without having to contact us. Please note that portal links do expire after 4 hours. If your portal link is expired simply enter your email again below when you are ready to manage your account. Also make sure you only cancel when you are done using the indicators/tools, as TradingView does not allow us to automate this process at the end of every ones billing cycle. Indicators will be deactivated within 24 hours of canceled subscriptions! – please be aware of this and do not cancel unless you no longer need access to the indicators. Thanks.

How to cancel?

1) Enter the SAME email that you used when you signed up (MUST BE THE SAME EMAIL)

2) Go to your email & open the email we sent to you. In there you will find the “Access Portal” link button. Click on it to be directed to your custom portal.

4) From the portal, choose the subscription you would like to cancel, & click “View more details”

5) Next Hover your mouse over the “Active” button in the upper right corner of the screen until you see “cancel subscription”. Click on it, and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

How to upgrade/add subscription bundles?

1) If you need to upgrade your subscription to one of of our bundles, you will need to cancel the single subscription you have & then add the bundle you want. To cancel the subscription you do not want first follow the steps on the left on how to cancel.

2) To upgrade to one of our bundles after you have canceled your other subscription, simply return to the website to purchase your desired bundle.

3) Go to the contact page and send us a message letting us know you are upgrading. Let us know what you had and what bundle you are upgrading to. This will make sure we can check it on our end for you to avoid any mistakes.

4) After checkout your bundle shall be activated within 24 hours.

If you do wish for us to upgrade your subscription for you please put “UPGRADE” in the email heading & include the last 4 digits of the card on file, as well as your TradingView username. Thanks!
